In 2019, Ms Fleming was crowned Ms Australia International, and Charity Queen of the Year. She attended the Australian International Pageant function at Parramatta on Friday to hand the title to her successor.
But the pageant organisers could not ignore Ms Fleming's extraordinary record of achievement in supporting homeless people and drought-stricken farmers.
Among the work Ms Fleming did in 2019 was feeding homeless people sleeping rough, the 'Ladies on the Land' beauty drive project, compiling backpacks filled with stationery for children impacted by bushfires, and a day out at Sydney's Luna Park for homeless mums and children escaping domestic violence.
As Goodwill Ambassador, Ms Fleming will travel to Tennessee, in America, in July with Australia's newly crowned pageant winners for 2020.
Ms Fleming said she was "absolutely shocked" to be honoured again.
