The meeting will be held in the Morisset High School library at 5.30pm.
"As there are no reported [COVID-19] cases in our community the committee decided to go ahead with the meeting," the SBCCA said today in an email.
"We request that if you are unwell, please do not attend.
"Attendees are requested to make use of hand sanitiser and take sensible social distancing measures."
The free meeting will feature a presentation by Malcolm Druce, the deputy commander of Marine Rescue Lake Macquarie.
