The shopfront will be inside the King and Co Cafe, at 35 The Boulevarde.
The award-winning Lake Macquarie artist will talk about her indigenous artwork in a presentation at 10am.
"We will also be conducting art workshops and artists talks in the venue monthly where you can choose an artist talk or immerse yourself more deeply by participating in an art workshop," Ms Fielding said.
"More details will be available at the official opening."
Organisations including Hunter Water, Toronto Private Hospital, Catholic Care and Laing O'Rourke (Sydney) have commissioned Ms Fielding to create artworks for their buildings.
Apart from canvas prints, Ms Fielding's designs adorn a range of fashion items, greeting cards, and home decor products.
In January, Toronto Private Hospital unveiled artworks that Ms Fielding had been commissioned to create for the hospital foyer and board room.
In 2018, Ms Fielding was awarded the Uncle Bob Sampson Memorial Award for Contribution to Community. She also won the Wearable Art section at the Sydney Royal Easter Show, and the Indigenous and Overall Art section at the Newcastle Show.
