It is available from Morisset Newsagency for $25, and includes her own photography setting the tone for many of the poems.
Ms Mullard describes Time for Reflections as a collection of poems to read and enjoy.
"Poems to make you smile - others to make you think a while," she said.
The book was printed by Cooranbong Printing.
Ms Mullard is known for her local history books, Way Back Then, Iron Horse and Iron Bark and That's the Way Things Were.
