The woman, who wants to remain anonymous, said she would spoil her mum after discovering she won first prize in the Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw on Tuesday afternoon.
A NSW Lotteries official broke the news to the woman, who was completely oblivious to her win.
"How do I know you're actually from NSW Lotteries? Are you sure you're not a sophisticated hacker or this isn't some kind of prank?" she questioned.
"Holy sh*t! How can this be real?"
"Holy dooley! Wow! Oh my God. Woo-hoo!
"I am absolutely stunned. Completely stunned. Gosh I can't wait to call my family, and my boss, and friends. I can't wait to tell everyone.
"You have made my day, my week, my month, my year."
While she would be putting most of her prize in the bank, the ecstatic woman shared she did have a few things she wanted to do with it first, according to a NSW Lotteries statement.
"I have been wanting to buy a car. Now, I actually will be able to get one and I won't have to get a loan," she laughed.
"I want to take my mum on a holiday, too. I am not sure where, I will let her pick.
"And tonight, I am going to take my mum out for a nice dinner so that we can celebrate. What a fantastic call to answer, thank you."
The woman purchased her winning entry online at thelott.com - Australia's official lotteries.
The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $10.53 million.
