Nathan Foley and Conor Smith each impressed the judges - and the nation - with their performances on the TV show.
Carols producer and entertainment coordinator, Toni Stevens, said the pair would headline an impressive array of acts.
"Also in the line-up are the ever popular Central Coast Ukulele Band, the Red Dove Choir, Sydney vocalist Susan Penno, 13-year-old local prodigy Nikisha Priest, tenor Graeme Wright, local professional singer Christine Tyrell, the Deborah Lee Dance Academy, Triple Threats Academy of Performing Arts, the Keyword Signing Choir and the Linda Smith Highland Dancers," Ms Stevens said.
"And Super Hubert will be thrilling the children with his whacky ways."
The carols will be hosted by Mo Award-winner for Compere of the Year in 2016, and a multiple Mo Award nominee for Best Male Vocalist, Terry Kaff.
Ms Stevens, herself a recipient of the John Campbell Fellowship Award for services to the Australian Variety Industry in 1998, and Mo Award winner for Best Versatile Variety Act in 2016, will also help to present acts on the night.
Ms Stevens said the Christmas Carols Spectacular promised to be a wonderful occasion for families.
"The most important aspect of this event is have families come together in the true spirit of Christmas," she said.
"Our segment between 5pm and 6.45pm will be a mixture of popular and Christmas-themed songs.
"From 7pm on, it will be completely Christmas songs and carols culminating in a fabulous finale with all performers on stage introducing Santa and the most spectacular fireworks display."
Ms Stevens said the fireworks, scheduled for about 9pm, would be held subject to weather and fire restrictions considerations.
"We invite everyone to come along and enjoy a night of sheer magic and share the joy of Christmas."
The Christmas Carols Spectacular is presented by Bonnells Bay Salvation Army.
Gates at Morisset Showground will open at 4pm.
Entry is by gold coin donation.
The Christmas Carols Spectacular is a drug- and alcohol-free event.
