The Angels and Baby Animals
THE Angels and Baby Animals have teamed up for a national tour and local punters will get two chances to the see the Aussie rock double-act. The They who Rock tour will arrive at Doyalson-Wyee RSL Club on Friday, November 8. The bands will then head up the road to perform the following night, November 9, at Toronto Hotel.

The bands have also each released singles to mark the partnership, with The Angels recording a cover of the Baby Animals' hit One Word, and the Baby Animals recording The Angels' anthem Marseilles.
Jimeoin at The Doylo
STICKING with The Doylo, and Irish-born comic Jimeoin will perform at the club on Saturday, November 30. Tickets cost $44 and are available at the club.
The gig is part of Jimeoin's Result! tour. The king of observational humour promises to take his audience on an hilarious rollercoaster as he discusses the absurdities of everyday life.
So what's with the show's title, Result!?
"It's just a name, really. I've no confidence in what I name a show. Hopefully the jokes are better than the title," he told ACM. "Actually, come to think of it there was a joke I did once which was about cooking for drunk people. The dishes you prepare for drunk people coming home to eat. One of them was the roast chicken result - where you open the fridge and there's a roast chicken in there. Result. One of my shows was called Roast Chicken Result. And then it just became Result."
Jimeoin will also perform at Belmont 16s on Saturday, November 23. Tickets for the show only cost $44, or pay $83 for dinner and the show.
