The classes have a diverse range of ages and abilities and it is not unusual to workout alongside a mother/daughter duo or couples.
Co-owner of Toronto and Morisset studios said he has students from 16-years-old to over 65 years.
"This system of training is for everyone," Frank said, adding the F45 system is based on interval weight training, a set time then swap to another exercise.
Everyone works at their own level and intensity, the beginner might just manage 1 or 2 repetition where the advanced member might do 50 repetitions.
There are at least two personal trainers leading every session and during the week sessions last just 45 minutes and on Saturday, one hour.
The first session each weekday morning begins at 5.15am with most clients dropping in before work.
Later in the day will see 'mums and bubs', retirees and shift workers and a very mixed group stopping in after work.
Exercises are demonstrated and explained at the beginning of each session and the large screens at the front showing each exercise as the session progresses and a map of movement as you change stations.
Every participant wears a 'Lion Heart Monitor' so the personal trainers can see how you are working out and be alerted to any potential issues.
Most classes have around 15-20 participants with the two personal trainers guiding and encouraging every person during the session.
Many students come with goals of overcoming a challenge. Some examples are preparing for an operation by strengthening a particular muscle group or increasing cardio health, others are recovering from injury and this type of training is excellent in aiding the rehabilitation process.
Beginning on October 14, F45 Training will commence an eight week challenge for both members and non-members.
The challenge includes not only the support of the personal trainers but nutritional support to help you achieve your goal.
The personal goal for each participant will be different and in previous challenges they have helped achieve a wide variety of goals such as physical health, mental health, weight loss or gain.
"I enjoy seeing people come out of their shell, making new friends and a real sense of community that comes from jointly working towards your goals," Frank said.
"Nothing is ever too much trouble and they will go above and beyond for everyone."
To join anytime during the challenge, call in and try the sessions with their seven-day free trial or phone 0477 779 507 (Toronto) or 0477 724 452 (Morisset) for more information.
