The Roos and Tigers met in the 2018 grand final, when The Entrance won 30-24.
Wyong progressed to this year's decider with a 34-20 win over The Entrance in the major semi-final.
The Entrance bounced back to swamp Erina 44-0 in the preliminary final at Berkeley Vale on Sunday.
Wyong football manager Stephen Marks said the Tigers blew the Eagles off the park with fast, direct play and precise execution.
The Entrance led 22-0 after just 20 minutes.
"The match was as good as over at halftime, the Tigers taking a 28-0 lead into the break," Marks said.
"Erina found it impossible to break down the opposition, repeatedly trying to get to the outside of The Entrance defence.
"As the tricolours kept asking the same questions in attack the opposition was not required to change its response, and readily accommodated the Eagles at every turn."
Marks said Erina had played two tough matches to get to the grand-final qualifier.
"A third may just have been a bridge too far for the team," he said.
The Entrance's back-rower, Jay Florimo, menaced the Eagles' right edge with some bone-rattling defence.
"Erina young gun Ollie Clements added to his growing reputation with another standout performance in a well beaten side," Marks said.
This Sunday's showdown promised to be a classic, Marks said.
"The Roos are intent on reversing the 2018 result and the Tigers are in red hot form," he said.
Kick off is at 3.30pm.
In reserve grade, The Entrance will play Kincumber.
The Ladies League Tag decider will be between The Entrance and Wyong.
And in the Open Age grand final, Wyong will take on Kincumber.
