The mayoral election will be held on Monday, September 23, with the ordinary council business meeting to be held on Wednesday, September 25.
The mayor and deputy will be elected by councillors.
In September, 2017, Councillor Jane Smith was elected as the first mayor of Central Coast Council, which was formed by the merging of Wyong and Gosford councils.
Councillor Chris Holstein was elected deputy mayor.
Both have served two-year terms in the roles.
The next local government elections will be held on September 12, 2020.
