The Sunday, September 29 event at Speers Point Park will feature two music stages running 11am-4pm, as well as an over-18s bar featuring craft beer and boutique wine and spirits.
"Living Smart Festival marks its 10th anniversary this year, and what better way to celebrate than a chilled-out afternoon of music by the lake," Lake Macquarie City Council Manager Arts, Culture and Events Jacqui Hemsley said.
Melbourne-based Jack The Fox has just completed a tour of Australia's east coast, performing its eclectic brand of folk, blues, soul and funk to packed audiences. A range of food and drink vendors would operate at the event, together with an over-18s bar serving gin from the award-winning local Farmer's Wife Distillery, beer from Pioneer Brewing Co and wine from Dirt Candy Wine and Grandis Wines though BYO alcohol is not allowed.
