Emma, of Eleebana, placed first in rope, first in ball, and sixth in ribbon.
Emma trains at Advance Academy of Gymnastics and Acrobatics, in Toronto.
Academy founder Nance Foster said the win would help to continue the revival of rhythmic gymnastics in the Hunter.
"This is awesome news not only for Advance Gymnastics Academy but for the Hunter region," Ms Foster said.
"Rhythmic gymnastics is back in the region after the successful Lakeside Gymnastics Rhythmic Club folded some years ago, and Gosford Gymnastics closed their program.
"Advance is now the only rhythmic gymnastics club in the Lake Macquarie region and it gives all girls, from all over the region, who dance an alternative once their dancing days or over."
Emma's teammate Georgia Bursle placed fourth in ball.
Other girls from the Advance gym, rhythmic gymnasts Charlotte Hanson, Isabelle Mould, Paige Mordue, Keilani Bursle, Zoe Carnell (Level 2) plus Demsey Shultze (Level 4) and Annika Sweatman (Level 8), all came away with silver and gold banded medals, Ms Foster said.
"Our women's artistic gymnasts in Levels 1 to 4 all had great results, with banded medals in silver and gold.
"Level 5 gymnasts Grace Stevens, Matilda Fisher and Sailor Felsch all qualified to contest the state championships in August."
Ms Foster said her gym had also opened a new team gym program, and she looked forward to more success in this discipline next year.
