Wyong will host The Entrance at Morry Breen Field, Kanwal, on Sunday in a match that is likely to determine the Central Coast Division Rugby League minor premiership, and could decide the club championship.
The match will pit the defending premiers and competition leaders, The Entrance, against one of the 2019 favourites, Wyong.
The Entrance defeated Wyong 24-22 in a thriller at EDSACC Oval, Bateau Bay, in Round 4.
The Entrance also accounted for Wyong in last year's grand final.
Wyong's football manager Stephen Marks said The Entrance sat atop the competition ladder, but Wyong was well credentialled.
"The Roos have scored more points and conceded fewer than the competition front runners," Marks said.
"Neither team has performed at their optimum in recent outings and although there is still some distance to travel in season 2019, the result will likely determine the minor premiership and club championship."
Lower grades start at 10.30am, with first grade at 2.30pm.
