The florist business is owned by Carmen Wells, and is a finalist in the Retail Excellence and Service Excellence categories for NSW florists.
Ms Wells said being a finalist in those categories also meant Bella Floral Boutique was up for the big one - Florist of the Year.
"We're just so excited that our little florist shop in Morisset is mixing it with the big boys from all over Sydney," Ms Wells said.
Last year, the business shifted two doors along to bigger premises on Dora Street.
Ms Wells said the move had enabled the store to carry more stock and better serve customers. She said being nominated in the two categories further vindicated the decision to relocate.
"It was the best move we've ever made. We have so much more space, and business has picked up with it, too."

Bella Floral Boutique prides itself on exceeding customer expectations and, over the years, has helped locals to create some customised and original floral arrangements for everything from funerals and weddings to anniversaries and hospital-bound loved ones.
The shop recently hand-made a box from palings taken from an old timber fence. The box was used to frame a floral arrangement.
The result was so impressive that other customers started to ask for the hand-made boxes, and so they've become a regular offering in the store.
"We're bringing the boutique to Morisset," Ms Wells said.
"We have customers who come into the shop from Sydney and they say, 'Wow! This looks like a florist we'd see on the North Shore'," she said.
The Fresh Awards are presented by Sydney Markets, and celebrate best practice and excellence in the fresh produce industry.
This year, there are 60 greengrocers, florists, growers, wholesalers and bloggers, across 15 award categories, vying to be crowned the winners at the Fresh Awards gala dinner.
The retailers and growers are evaluated through an intensive mystery shopping program and industry assessment.
They are judged on everything from produce quality and freshness, to customer service and industry knowledge, as well as their store appearance and innovative approaches.
The awards will be presented at a gala dinner function at The Star, in Sydney, on July 24.
"We're excited about that, too. We've hired a mini-bus and there are 12 of us going," Ms Wells said.
In 2016, Bella Floral Boutique won the Customer Service award for florists at the Fresh Awards.
