Hillview Seventh-day Adventist Church, in Morisset, prides itself on being a "thriving family church" for all ages, so it was only fair that children led the service on Saturday.

Church-goer Mary Fedorow said it was a special day for the congregation.
"On Saturday, the primary school-aged children were in charge of the church service," she said.
"They led out in speaking parts, drama, prayer and singing. The ukulele group helped provide the music.
"All the children were involved in some way or other, whether it was the toddlers being on video holding up a verse or sign, or the older ones actually speaking and leading out."
Ms Fedorow said leader Tiani Page ensured that every child had a part to play.
