The Round 8 fixture in the Central Coast Rugby League competition loomed as a danger game for Wyong.
Wyong football manager Stephen Marks said Kincumber was a dangerous team featuring some quality personnel.
"The Colts boast a big and experienced pack with former NRL player Ian Henderson calling the shots and capable of unlocking any defence," Marks said.
"Wyong had travelled to MacKillop Oval for the last four seasons without a win and were down on front line troops for this encounter.
"There was a real sense of purpose about the Roos performance from the opening whistle."
Kincumber struggled to make ground against the well-organised and fast-moving defence. It was evident that Wyong was winning the territorial battle as they repeatedly returned Kincumber's clearing kicks from just inside Roo territory.
Wyong captain Mitch Williams scored in the 8th minute after a powerful charge from prop Jake Lewis had the Colts retreating.
"On one of Kincumber's rare forays into Roos' real estate, five-eighth Brad Bennett kicked cross field on the last aiming for his winger James Dutchatel," Marks said.
"The ball fell kindly for the visitors. Wyong left centre, Zane Rickit, accelerated into fresh air. As the cover converged, Rickit found Wyatt Shaw on his inside. When Shaw offloaded to Luke Sharpe the gate had been slammed shut.
"The 100-metre try had the Colts questioning their capacity to match the opposition."
Further tries to Luke Dolbel and a brilliant solo effort to Rickit coupled with four conversions from Josh Mantellato provided Wyong with a 24-nil lead at the break.
Tries to Shaw and a second to Dolbel in the first 12 minutes of the second period sealed the game.
Dutchatel scored twice in the last 17 minutes to give Kincumber something to take from the game.
In the other Round 8 fixtures: Woy Woy 32 def Terrigal 14; Berkeley Vale 26 def Ourimbah 6; and Erina 38 def Northern Lakes 10.
There are no matches in the Central Coast premiership this weekend.
Wyong will host the undefeated competition leaders Erina, at Morry Breen Field, on Sunday, June 16.
