The 12-year-old girl and 11-year-old boy were located safe and well last night (Sunday), after returning to their Woongarrah home.
Police thanked the community and the media for their assistance.
EARLIER:
Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate two children missing from the Central Coast.
A girl, aged 12, and a boy, aged 11, were last seen leaving a home on Hakone Road, Woongarrah, about 5pm on Thursday.
They have not been seen since this time, and police have concerns for their welfare.
It is believed they may be in the Tuggerah Lakes area, or The Entrance.
It is unknown if the two missing children are together.
Anyone who has information on their whereabouts is urged to contact police immediately.
