The stampede, to be held on Saturday, October 26, is billed as a celebration of country life and country music.
Adam Eckersley Band released their debut album in 2014.
They've since won two Golden Guitars, released two Top 10 albums on the ARIA country charts, and performed hundreds of shows across Australia and Europe.
The band plays southern rock, mixing country with blues, and their third studio album is due to be released later this year.
Eckersley and his wife Brooke McClymont (of The McClymonts) last year teamed up as a duo and released their debut album together, Adam and Brooke.
Nominated for Best Country Album at the 2018 Tamworth Country Music Festival, Adam and Brooke has spawned three singles - Train Wreck, So Smooth and Nothing Left to Win.
Also on the Mount Hunter Country Music Stampede line-up are Choirboys, Melinda Schneider, Missy Lancaster, The Pigs, Buddy Goode, Simply Bushed, and Cornell and Carr
But it's not all about the music.
Stampede-goers are invited to camp at one of the powered camping spots on site, and make a weekend of it.
Punters will also have a chance to enter or witness a steak cook-off featuring celebrity judges, enjoy a range of food options, and family fun.
The stampede will be held at K Ranch Arena, 180 Monks Lane, Mount Hunter, in the Macarthur region of NSW.
The ranch is completely under cover, so if it rains the show won't be washed out.
This will be the third stampede.
