It was a strong reply from the Roos who suffered a two-point loss to The Entrance in the previous round.
"Coach Tony Clarke effected some personnel changes, and there was a real sense of purpose about the Roos' work in this match," Wyong football secretary Stephen Marks said.
Wyong led 28-nil at halftime.
"Props Nick Lynn and Jake Lewis led the way, repeatedly charging through the visitors' defence."
Captain Mitch Williams scored two tries in the opening stanza.
"The theme of the first period was reprised in the second, with the depleted Terrigal outfit engineering few scoring opportunities," Marks said.
"The Sharks are in a rebuilding phase with only three players on the paddock from the club's 2017 premiership-winning squad."
There are no games this weekend.
