Tinto Espresso Bar is a local Lake Macquarie family cafe, operated by husband and wife team Adam and Natasha MacKenzie with other family members as staff.
"We offer the freshest coffee on the lake and prepare the tastiest locally sourced produce to my loyal regular customers and visitors," said Adam, who used to be the chef at Burwood Bowling Club.
"I was looking for an opportunity to allow me to spend more time with the kids and have a better work-life balance.
"When the opportunity came up with this stunning location and opportunity to do my own coffee roasting. I grabbed it."
Tinto Espresso Bar is open on Mother's Day and will be offering their fantastic menu including breakfast all day.
Enjoy the view and maybe spy a dolphin or watch the sailboats on beautiful Lake Macquarie. Bring the kids along we are adjacent to the kids playground and swimming baths great place for the whole family.

Chef and owner Matthew Walkom has been in hospitality for 25 years and is passionate about catering.
Combining food van with cafe, he now serves the local culinary community.
"I love being able to create a menu to suit the client and enhance an event or function," Matthew said.
"The cafe is open from 6am to 2pm Monday to Friday and our catering services are available 7 days a week at a time to suit you."
The cafe menu features all-day breakfast and burgers, and caters to vegan and gluten-free clients with menu choices being able to be tailored to their requirements.
"Our in-house made cakes, biscuits and slices are delicious and go so well with our premium coffee," Matthew said. "The bean is from one of Australia's largest coffee roasters, Veneziano, Estate Blend."
