The match at Morry Breen Field marked the 200th first grade game for Wyong captain and hooker Mitch Williams.
The Roos led 12-nil at halftime courtesy of converted tries to Brock Molan and Chris Centrone.
"The Roosters had their moments but poor handling prevented the visitors from mounting any pressure," Wyong's football manager Stephen Marks said.
"The home team put their collective foot to the opposition throat in the second period with power and clinical execution."
Centrone, Molan, and Lachlan Hanneghan each crossed for two tries.
Luke Dolbel and Tarnae Mahon also crossed for tries.
Josh Mantellato booted six goals, and Williams also posted a two-pointer in his milestone match.
Wyong sits atop the ladder, shading both Kincumber and Erina who are also yet to have a loss.
Wyong has the bye this weekend, and will travel to take on The Entrance in Round 4 on Sunday, April 28.
