They will perform a wide range of music by composers such as Stainer, Bach, Sibelius and Martin Shaw, with readings from G K Chesterton and Jimmy Owens.
The congregation will be encouraged to sing along with the hymns, a spokesperson for the chorale said.
"The music has been chosen for its variety and drama: the readings animate the story of the entry to Jerusalem, the mock trial, crucifixion and resurrection," they said.
"Despite the serious nature of the story the afternoon promises to be an uplifting, exciting experience."
The group was formed in 2016 when four singers from Toronto were united in their love of singing.
"Their musical interests were wide: popular, humorous, Australian, religious, classical and everything in between," the spokesperson said.
"Since the chorale's inception they have presented musical programs at Morisset Church in the Trees, on the Toronto Foreshore, The Sisters of St Joseph, at Lochinvar, and at other smaller, intimate venues."
This year, the chorale has recruited additional singers from Lake Macquarie and Newcastle, all under the direction of Roger Alcorn who has a long history in presenting musical programs.
Sunday's performance will be the culmination of three months of practice and rehearsal.
It will be held at the Baptist Church, on The Boulevarde, Toronto, at 2pm.
The chorale comprises Gerri McCabe, Anne Millard, Jeannine French, Lorraine Gibbs, Margaret Jones, Howard and Diana Bridgeman, Kit Craig, John Cardwell, Justin Jefferson and Robert Chapman.
