Business-class trips all over the world, and a new home are now also on the agenda for the Terrigal couple who cleaned up in Saturday's Lotto draw 3935, winning $2,099,625.55.
"Last night I looked at the winning numbers online, that's when I realised we'd won," the wife told NSW Lotteries officials.
"I'd never checked the results online before in my life and I'm not sure why I did last night. Then I saw I had six winning numbers and I thought 'that can't be right'. All I could think was 'what am I going to do with it all?'.
"It's safe to say we didn't sleep very well last night at all."
The woman revealed she and her husband were semi-retired, but this win meant they'd give up work instantly.
"This comes as a beautiful bonus for the rest of our life," she said. "We will definitely travel and we will definitely be going business class. I'd love to go back to London. The world is our oyster now."
The women said the couple had been playing for 30 years and enjoyed several small wins in that time.
The winners purchased their winning entry at Nextra Erina Market, at Erina Fair.
