Rain prevented any play in the drawn match at Sohier Park, Ourimbah.
Because Wyong finished the regular season in third place on the ladder, they got the verdict over the unlucky Northern Power who finished fourth.
Wyong had been a regular fixture in the top four all season, and they had a 100 per cent winning record against the other three teams that featured in the finals.
"Whilst disappointing not to get the opportunity to win the grand final on the field we are certainly deserving of being premiers," Wyong captain Hayden Murphy said.
"During the year we played The Entrance (minor premiers) once for one win, Warnervale (2nd place) twice for two wins, and Northern Power (4th place) twice for two wins."
It was the second consecutive time Northern Power has finished runner-up.
