Middle Point Road Landcare Group is working to regenerate the natural bushland behind the houses of Middle Point Road by removing weeds such as lantana, madeira vine and morning glory.
If you are interested in volunteering with the group, you're welcome to join this working bee with the Lake Macquarie Landcare Green Team.
Participants are advised to take a hat, wear long pants, sleeves and covered-in shoes. Gloves and tools will be provided for the day.
Access to the Middle Point Road Landcare site is between the houses at 31 and 33 Middle Point Road.
The working bee will be held on Thursday, March 14, from 9.30am to 11am.
