Both Toronto teams progressed after big semi-final wins at the weekend.
In the Dennis Broad Cup, Ashley Weekes struck 68 off 56 balls, including seven sixes in the final few overs, to help Toronto to a total of 4-133. Wests reached 6-121 in reply.
The Kookaburras will take on Waratah-Mayfield in the final at No.1 Sportsground, this Sunday, from midday.
In the under-21s, marquee player Andrew Somerville (3-18) and brother Matthew (3-9) combined to help bowl Newcastle City out for 88.
In reply, Josh Westwood scored 71 off 44 balls as Toronto reached 2-93 in the 14th over.
Toronto will meet Merewether in the final, at No.1 Sportsground, on Sunday, from 3pm.
In the Newcastle District Cricket Association two-day competition, Toronto will meet Hamilton-Wickham at Joe Passmore Oval on Saturday, after rain prevented play on the first day.
