The workshop will be held at Camp Breakaway, at San Remo, on Thursday, March 7, from 6pm to 8.30pm.
Council endorsed a draft climate change policy in August last year for public exhibition.
The draft policy provided a framework to support future actions around planning for the possible impacts of climate change, a spokesperson for the council said.
A community workshop would be held in each of the five wards across the Coast enabling the community to “build on their understanding of key themes around climate change” and provide feedback on how they would like to be involved in future planning around these themes, the spokesperson said.
