“Earlier in the year we travelled by coach to Macksville for a five-day break, and we’ve booked a similar trip for 2019,” club president Jeff Boler said.
Probus clubs are designed for retired and semi-retired people to enjoy fun, friendship and fellowship, he said.
“We’ve found that many people who have joined our club are looking for a social outlet and activity in their retirement.”
New members are welcome to join the club.
“We meet at Doyalson-Wyee RSL Club on the second Tuesday of each month at 10am. Our next meeting will be on January 8,” Mr Boler said.
