Chad struck 14 boundaries and two sixes in his 162-ball innings.
He featured in a 113-run partnership with No 3 batsman Josh Westwood (53), and came to the wicket with Toronto at 3-48.
Earlier, Corey Brown (19) and Jeremy Ford (22) put on 39 runs for the opening wicket.
Dylan Robertson (45) and Brendon Charlton (22) maintained the momentum late in the innings to see the home team over the 300 mark.
In the Central Coast District Cricket Association competition, Northern Power scored a one-wicket victory over Kincumber in a 50-over match at Erina.
Kincumber was bowled out for 249, and the visitors chased down the target in the 42nd over.
