Batting first, Narara made 9-134 from 48 overs, with opening batsman Mark McLachlan (45) the top scorer.
Off-spinner Nick Babcock took 4-20 from 10 overs.
The home team reached 9-91 in reply, with Babcock (11) and Mark Daniel (46) the only batsmen to reach double figures.
Northern Power will host Southern Spirit at Toukley this Saturday from noon.
In the Newcastle District Cricket Association competition, Toronto Workers suffered a last-ball loss to Merewether at Townson Oval.
The Lions broke the deadlock by scrambling a single to reach 9-190 and claim victory in the one-day fixture and move alongside both the Kookaburras and Belmont in equal second on the pool B standings with one round remaining.
Toronto Workers will host Belmont in a Round 5 match at Ron Hill Oval this Saturday from noon.
