Barista Jordan Fitzpatrick said the first consignment of donated items would be driven to Mudgee on September 8.
Customers at the Dora Street cafe have been invited to donate tinned and boxed food, toiletries, household cleaning products, baby products and treats for the struggling families on the land.
Ms Fitzpatrick said shoppers had been generous and prolific in their repsonse.
“On one day we had two shopping trolleys full of items donated,” she said.
“We’ve already got two full ute loads ready to go.
“And we’ve also raised around $200 in cash which will be used to buy some water.”
Items can also be donated for the Morisset to Mudgee campaign at Watersedge Accounting Group, on The Boulevarde, Toronto.
Piccilo Espresso plans to deliver more ute-loads of goodies in mid-September.
