Police have appealed for witnesses and anyone with dash cam footage of the tragic double fatal crash on the M1 between Newcastle and Sydney last week.

About 4.50pm Tuesday July 31, emergency services responded to reports of a crash involving a truck and five cars just north of the Mooney Mooney bridge.
On arrival, officers found a truck had crashed into the back of one of the cars and caught fire.
Two men, aged 19 and 52, who were travelling in a Ford utility died in the crash.
A 75-year-old woman, who was driving a Kia Rio sedan, was taken to Royal North Shore Hospital for further treatment.
The remaining drivers and passengers were taken to Gosford Hospital for further treatment.
A 30-year-old male truck driver was charged with two counts of dangerous driving occasioning death and one count of dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm.
He was also charged with negligent driving occasioning death and negligent driving occasioning grievous bodily harm.
His licence was suspended and he was granted conditional bail to appear in Gosford Local Court on August 21.
Officers from the Metropolitan Crash Investigation Unit have appealed for anyone who witnessed the crash or with dash cam footage of the incident to come forward.
Members of the public who have already spoken to police are thanked for their assistance, but need not contact officers again.
