Swell dropping from the S/E to South at 1 to 1.5m. Winds moderate North to N/W.
First up check out the banks at Pogos, Dixon and South Bar which will improve as tide runs out. Also try the reefs at Cowrie, Bar and Merewether. Burwood, Dudley and Redhead to the south. Stockton and One Mile to the north.
Swimming conditions have calmed down with slight sweeps to the north. Check out the flagged areas if going in at Nobbys, Bar Beach and Merewether. Water temp 17C.
