Passengers travelling on the T1 North Shore Line and Central Coast and Newcastle Line are advised to allow extra travel time.
Earlier
NO trains are running between Hornsby and Berowra on the T1 North Shore Line due to a freight train with mechanical problems at Berowra.
Trains on the Central Coast and Newcastle Line are also affected.
Bus companies are being contacted to provide a replacement service, but these buses are not on site.
Passengers are advised to delay their trip until these buses start running, or otherwise allow plenty of extra travel time, listen to announcements, and check indicator boards.
