Lake Macquarie City Roosters beat a 10-man Adamstown Rosebud 4-0 to record their first win of the Northern NSW NPL on Sunday. Mitchell Hunter scored in the 28th minute and Sam Walker converted a penalty in the 57th after Danilo O’Brien was sent off for holding back Morgan Okeno. Paul Sichalwe scored in the 71st minute and Hunter bagged a second in the 78th.
