The winner has chosen to remain anonymous. They have given no indication of how they plan to spend their windfall.
The pharmacy’s Rachel Jackson said she was excited that the outlet had sold its first division one winning entry in The Pools.
“It’s our first big win. It’s so exciting!” she said.
“We sold a second prize in Lucky Lotteries recently so we are hoping it’s third time lucky for another big win for one of our customers – especially with the $21 million up for grabs this weekend.
“I’ve been telling all my customers this morning that we sold a winner and we will decorate the store to celebrate.
“We wish the winner all the best with their win.”
