Councillor David Belcher and a council officer will present an update on matters relating to Morisset, and will take questions from the floor.
Southlake Business Chamber and Community Alliance will host the meeting at Morisset Multipurpose Centre from 5.30pm on Tuesday, September 12.
SBCCA president Fiona Hall said the meeting would also reveal projects that her organisation, and other community groups, had been involved in.
In order to have Cr Belcher and the council officer have detailed responses to the community’s questions, Ms Hall is inviting locals to submit questions or comments to her via email this week.
“Please email them to coordinator@southlakemac.com and we will address as many questions as possible,” Ms Hall said.
Light refreshments will be served at the meeting, which is open to all residents, not exclusively SBCCA members.
Meanwhile, annual membership fees for SBCCA members are now due.
Membership costs $90 for a business, and $25 for a community organisation, family or individual.
People planning to attend Tuesday night’s meeting are urged to RSVP to coordinator@southlakemac.com by Monday, September 11.
