A teenage girl has been charged following an out of control party at Lake Macquarie last week.

Just after 9.00pm on Friday, February 10 officers from Lake Macquarie Local Area Command were called to Ida Street, Charlestown following reports of a large party.
An estimated crowd of 300 was located at the scene, and a large number of police were required to attend and disperse the crowd. In total 11 people were arrested.
Two teenage girls were taken to John Hunter Hospital suffering the effects of suspected drug overdoses.
Officers from Lake Macquarie Local Area Command commenced an investigation.
Following inquiries, a 14-year-old girl attended Belmont Police Station and spoke with investigators on Friday, February 17.
She was arrested and charged with supply prohibited drug, and possess prescribed restricted substance.
She was granted conditional bail to appear at a children’s court on Monday, March 13.
