Wyong Council confirms exchange of contracts for Chinese theme park land at Warnervale

WYONG Shire Council says it has exchanged contracts with the Australia China Theme Park (ACTP) company for the sale of 15.7 hectares of land at Warnervale for $10 million plus GST.
