It was the first time Wangi Wangi has hosted the Lions District 201 N3 annual convention.
The district extends from the Central Coast to Gloucester and west to Mudgee.
Conventions, held over three days, feature reports from Lions committees, updates on youth exchange and international projects, and the election of officers.
Wangi Lion Jim Wilson said Lions at the Wangi Wangi convention, held at Wangi District Workers Club, heard a motivational speaker's presentation.
"It's also an opportunity for all clubs to be exposed to the work of the various Lions foundations," he said.
"Lions is the largest network of service clubs in the world, with a presence in 210 countries."
Wangi Lions showcased a selection of their projects, including the outdoor learning centre at Wangi Public School.
District governor David Heggart and international director Eric Carter, of New Zealand, praised Wangi Lions Club for their work in hosting the convention.
