Kick off is at 5pm.
The match will give local league fans the first chance to see former Australian and NSW prop Mark O'Meley in action for Wyong.
The home team is keen to reverse the result of their trial match at Eastwood in February.
North Sydney ran over the top of Wyong to win 22-12 after Wyong had led 12-4 at the break.
New Wyong coach Rip Taylor was philosophical: "I'm not kicking stones," he said.
The Bears line-up featured British giants Luke and Tom Burgess, while O'Meley sat out the match for Wyong.
Penrith then outclassed Wyong 52-14 in a trial at Sportingbet Stadium.
O'Meley impressed in his first hit-out for the club, stinging some of the young Panther forwards in defence.
