Kadia Jewellery has been operating in Toronto for 13 years and has collected a multitude of awards, including the 2013 Hunter Local Business Award for Longevity.
Ms Fitzpatrick said because of their experience and depth of knowledge, they are able to answer even the most unusual questions about jewellery.
"We've seen it all, and often we can answer questions that many other stores haven't been able to," she said.
Aside from stocking unique and quality pieces of jewellery, Kadia Jewellery can also help identify gems, give appraisals, find replacement parts for watches and repair or restring old items.
Ms Fitzpatrick prides herself on customer service and describes Kadia Jewellery as an "old fashioned jewellery store, with a modern touch".
"We are three local girls with a passion for jewellery," she said.
"And despite all our experience, we are always looking to learn more."
Ms Fitzpatrick said her goal is to provide customers with a lifetime piece of jewellery.
"We want our customers to be able to buy a piece when they're 20 and still be able to wear it when they're 70," she said.
Ms Fitzpatrick is also quietly proud that the store rarely has any items returned, which she puts down to being proactive and listening to the customer.
"Our experience, our knowledge and our customer service all contribute to picking the right piece for every individual."
