A DORA Creek man accused of killing a passenger in a crash at Morisset allegedly recorded a blood-alcohol reading of more than five times the limit, police say.

The man, 40, was allegedly the driver of a Toyota HiLux that lost control and collided with a BMW on Marconi Road on November 8.
The passenger of the HiLux, a 73-year-old man, was taken to John Hunter Hospital, where he died on November 11, police say.
The driver of the BMW suffered minor injuries.
The driver of the HiLux was not injured and was arrested at the scene after recording a positive roadside breath test.
He was taken to Toronto police station where he was breath tested and allegedly returned a reading of 0.253 – more than five times the legal limit.
The man was initially charged with high-range drink-driving, but after further investigations, he was charged on Friday with aggravated dangerous driving causing death and aggravated dangerous driving causing grievous bodily harm.
The 40-year-old was granted conditional police bail and will appear in Toronto Local Court on December 12.
