Hay is the only Macquarie player named in the 22-man squad.
Hay has been named at lock in an otherwise all-Lake United forward pack.
The Rebels will take on Northern Rivers in their first match on Saturday, May 13, at Lank Bain Oval, Wauchope.
If successful in that match, the Rebels will take on North Coast the following Saturday.
The squad is coached by Todd Edwards.
