St Joseph’s Primary School Kilaben Bay is excitedly looking forward to its biennial school Art Show which takes place on Thursday, October 27 in the school hall.
This is the second such Art Show which started in 2014 to encourage and showcase the individual and group artistic talents of our students.
The Principal of St Joseph’s, Mr Leigh Peacock commented that the students and teachers are looking forward to sharing their artistic works with the local community.
Each class will present an overview with their class works and the rationale behind their designs and pieces.
Additionally, art works from individual students will be on display, highlighting their artistic talents and learnings.
Aboriginal displays, as well as works from the library, gifted and talented and learning support will be showcased.
Mr Peacock warmly invites members of the local community to attend the school’s Art Show, which will take place from 3pm until 6pm.
A raffle will also take place, with three prizes of various art materials.
Refreshments will be available during the Art Show.
St Joseph’s Primary School Kilaben Bay’s focus is on service to schools, leadership in learning and justice for all. It is a proud supporter of the Greater Toronto Spring Fair.
