Trinity Point ambassadors Jennifer Hawkins and Michael Clarke will be on site on Sunday, October 9, to present buyers with their gold bullion bars.
It will be the highlight of a gold-themed event featuring entertainment, family-friendly activities, and property education seminars held to mark the opening of a new display pavilion at Trinity Point.
TV personality Larry Emdur will be master of ceremonies.
The 55 lots in Trinity Point’s fifth and sixth stages are now on offer.
They range in size from 450 square metres to 825 square metres, and start from $398,888.
The developer, Johnson Property Group, will offer buyers who purchase a full-price block of land in these stages, a 500-gram gold bullion bar valued at $28,888.
Purchases must be made between now and October 9 to qualify for the gold.
Managing director of Johnson Property Group, Keith Johnson, said that he wanted to offer buyers an appreciating asset that reflected the luxurious lifestyle that will soon be on offer at Trinity Point.
“Buyers have from today until 11.58pm on October 9, 2016, to secure their own real life pot of gold,” Mr Johnson said.
“Purchasers of land at Trinity Point will be able to enjoy a five-star lifestyle at Trinity Point. They’ll have access to all the facilities at the development’s very own five-star Pullman hotel as well as dining and conference facilities, an infinity pool, a day spa and gymnasium all by the shores of beautiful Lake Macquarie.
“It will certainly be a gold-class lifestyle.”
Why all the eights?
Mr Johnson believes the number eight is lucky.
“Eight is the infinity number – it never ends,” he said earlier this year.
Trinity Point is under construction and overlooks Bardens Bay, at Morisset Park.
Clarke, the former Australian cricket captain, recently purchased a four-bedroom terrace house at the community.
Financial advisor Anthony Bell will attend the event which will run from 10:58am to 2:58pm on Sunday, October 9.
He’ll give a talk on how buyers can access their superannuation funds to purchase land at the community, Mr Johnson said.
The event will also feature a mini home-building expo with pop-up tents from the teams at Yarram Homes, Rustic Homes, ADG Architects and JBP Builders.
Prospective buyers will be invited to check out the fishing and picnic areas on the day, as well as take short boat rides on Lake Macquarie to get a feel for the community’s location, Mr Johnson said.
