The 28-year-old was charged with resisting arrest, behaving in an offensive manner and excluded person re-enter vicinity of licensed premises after he was arrested on King Street at Newcastle about 1am on Saturday.
“Police will allege the man after having been excluded from a hotel on King Street attended a nearby business where he was also refused entry,” a police statement said.
“It will be alleged the man remained at the location, lowering his pants to expose his buttocks whilst yelling profanities.
“Police attempted to arrest the man who resisted and continued his offensive conduct and language.”
The man was granted conditional bail and will appear in Newcastle Local Court on August 11.
