Although hospital numbers have increased, so too have the number of lotteries, and gambling opportunities generally, but unfortunately private enterprise now controls the profits and governments having sold off the goose that lays the golden eggs, must now face the error of a bad decision.
Can history be reversed? l fear not. But what is stopping an additional lottery or two from being introduced, solely for the benefits of hospitals?
I believe this lottery would recieve approval and support from the majority of lottery players, and would help fill the present hospital funding shortfalls.
