TO borrow from The Simpsons, you might remember these guys from such local bands as Baxter’s Revenge, Jaywalker and Midnight Mojo. But together, Carlton Sparks (guitar), Justin Miranda (bass), and Chris McCaig (drums) are The Ravens. The trio plays rock, blues, pop and funk covers by artists such as The Rolling Stones, Stevie Wonder, The Black Keys and Oasis. They’ll play a free gig at Wyong Leagues Club, Kanwal, on Friday, May 13, from 9pm.
