The glamour couple are the first to buy into the $388-million marina estate being developed by Johnson Property Group.
Clarke has joined model Jennifer Hawkins as an ambassador for the project.
“Trinity Point is going to become an absolute Sydney weekend hotspot – another Palm Beach or daytrip destination but with more of a marina-lifestyle resort focus,” Clarke said.
“We are absolutely delighted to be the first buyers to secure a stunning lakeside home at Trinity Point and are already planning our family holidays and weekend trips away staying in our beautiful three-storey terrace house with views out over Lake Macquarie.”
Johnson Property Group’s CEO Keith Johnson was chuffed to welcome the Clarkes on board.
“Michael is a fantastic fit for Trinity Point and we are thrilled that he is our first purchaser having invested in a luxury terrace overlooking Lake Macquarie, perfect for family holidays in the not too distant future,” Mr Johnson said.
“It has been a big year for Michael, retiring from professional cricket, celebrating the birth of his first child, announced as GQ [magazine] Man of the Year and now as a new ambassador and private investor at Trinity Point.
‘’We congratulate him wholeheartedly on his success and are thrilled to have him on board.”
Land lots at Trinity Point will be released to the market on Sunday.
The 32 lots will be priced from $398,888. They range from 450 square metres to 660 square metres.
Mr Johnson said it was his ambition to see Trinity Point developed into a world-class marina community where ‘’all of Australia and even international guests’’ will want to live or visit.
“With the Clarkes being our first purchasers, we’re certainly off to a fantastic start,’’ Mr Johnson said.
